1. Service hours
WhatsApp assistance is available every day from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (Italian time). Outside these hours, assistance is suspended, including booking requests, but requests received will be processed as soon as possible.
2. Taxi/transfer bookings
To ensure successful booking, requests for taxis or shuttles must be sent at least 45 minutes before the desired time.
Otherwise, the availability of the service cannot be guaranteed. Any penalties applied for failure to use the booked service will be charged to the user.
3. Restaurant/experience bookings
It is the customer's responsibility to notify us of any cancellations at least 1 hour before the booking time.
In the event of no-show or late cancellation, a penalty of €35 will be applied to cover any costs and penalties imposed by the restaurant or third-party supplier.
4. Third-party bookings
When Localmente makes bookings on behalf of the customer:
Localmente acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for any disruptions, delays or cancellations by third-party suppliers.
The customer assumes fully responsibility for the terms and conditions of the service booked.
Upon purchase of the product, the above terms and conditions are considered accepted.
